Main Street in Magnet, 1900, looking west. On the left side is the livery stable, a rooming house, and cafe. Above the grocery store and creamery was where they had meetings, dances, and movies. On the hill, just beyond the house and barn is the schoolhouse. The right side of the street had a lumber yard, bank, and general store. In 1925 all the buildings on the left were destroyed by fire.
